Terms of service and refund policy

These terms cover the Volanta Resume rewrite service sold by Volanta S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (company no. J2026052939002, tax ID 55533620, 22 Lunca Sighet, Satu Mare 440063, Romania), "we". "You" means the person who places an order.

1. The service

For a one-time price of $29 (USD) per order we rewrite one resume for one target role, in a format meant to be read correctly by applicant tracking systems, and write a LinkedIn headline and About section to match. We deliver a Word (.docx) file, a PDF file and the LinkedIn text by email to the address you give us, within 24 hours of payment. The price includes one revision requested within 14 days of delivery.

2. How it is made

Your rewrite is drafted with an AI model from the material you send us and the job you target, and checked against our written rules. We do not add employers, job titles, dates, degrees, certifications, licenses or figures that are not in your material or your messages. You are responsible for checking the final documents before you use them and for the truth of what you send to employers.

3. No guarantee of outcome

We do not promise that you will get interviews, offers or any particular result from an employer or an applicant tracking system.

4. Refunds

If you are not happy with your rewrite, email us within 14 days of delivery. We will revise it once; if you still prefer a refund, we refund the full $29 to your card. If we cannot deliver within 72 hours of payment for any reason, you may cancel and we refund you in full. Refunds go back through Stripe to the card you paid with and usually show within 5 to 10 business days. If you are a consumer in the EU: because the service is fully performed shortly after you pay and you ask us to start straight away, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once we deliver; our refund promise above still applies.

5. Payment

Payment is taken in advance by card through Stripe. The price shown is the full price; we are not registered for VAT.

6. Your material

You confirm you have the right to send us the material you upload. You own your resume and the rewritten documents. We use your material only to do your order, as described in our privacy notice.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

8. Law and contact

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without taking away the protection of mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. Questions or complaints: richard@volanta.ai.
